Privacy notice for closia.ca

This notice covers this website and its beta sign-up form. It does not cover the Closia apps, which have their own terms and privacy policy.

What we collect

When you request beta access, we collect:

• your name and email address
• whether you’re joining as a brokerage, an agent or a buyer
• your brokerage’s name, and its licence number if you pick it from the list
• for brokerages, roughly how many agents you have; for buyers, when you hope to buy
• whether you agreed to receive Closia news and product updates

The brokerage list comes from the public Newfoundland and Labrador real estate licence registry.

Why we collect it

We use these details to plan the beta, invite you when your group opens and contact you about your request. We only send news and product updates if you ticked the box to receive them. We don’t sell your information.

Where it’s kept

Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
