    We’re onboarding brokerages in small groups, starting in Newfoundland and Labrador. Your agents and their clients join with you.

Who is the beta for?
Brokerages first: we’re starting with offices of roughly 25 to 150 agents in Newfoundland and Labrador, along with their agents and the clients they work with. Agents and home buyers can request access too.
What does it cost?
Brokerages start with a free 30-day pilot for their whole team, with no credit card needed. Buyers use Closia for free.
Where is Closia available?
Newfoundland and Labrador first, then the rest of Atlantic Canada, then nationally. Request access from anywhere and we’ll tell you when we reach your province.
How is my brokerage’s information protected?
Each brokerage’s records are kept separate, and people only see what their role allows. Our privacy notice explains what this site collects and why.
Is Closia available in French?
Closia is being built for English and French from the start.
What happens after I apply?
We’ll be in touch by email, and send your invite when your group opens.
